On Tuesday, June 13th, Rodney Smith-Merkley and Brittany Taylor were interviewed at 7:20 am on “The Morning Show on CHEX”, a Global TV station in Peterborough.
They shared the story of where the idea for the Mishkodeh Centre for Indigenous Knowledge came from, the vision we have for the 3.37 acre piece of land in the heart of Bobcaygeon, and the event, “Strawberries and the Mishkodeh” coming up on Saturday, June 17th at 11 am.
Teresa Kaszuba led this dynamic duo through a series of questions to try to fit everything we wanted to share in four and a half minutes. As she said, “it is impossible to fit it all in, but we will get you started.” And, started we are, indeed.
The momentum is building as we take each careful step forward to purchase this very special piece of land.
