Charitable Status

On March 27th, 2023, the Mishkodeh Centre for Indigenous Knowledge (MCIK) learned their application for Charitable Status had been approved.

Did you know that donating to a charity can save you money come tax time?

 

When you make a donation to the MCIK through this Community Foundation of Kawartha Lakes page on their website   https://www.kawarthafoundation.ca/mishkodeh, you will receive a tax receipt for your donation. Your receipt can then be submitted with your annual tax return for a tax credit.
