Blue Moon

This month, sky watchers will have the opportunity to witness a rare occurrence known as a Blue Moon.A Blue Moon happens when a second full moon appears within the same month. This phenomenon is considered to be somewhat rare.

Is a Blue Moon a Good Omen?

Blue moons are said to be full of luck and magic and are the perfect time to… make a wish…  Because blue moons are rare, this might symbolize a rare opportunity that is about to find you.

And so…

We have a “Once in a Blue Moon” opportunity to come together on Friday August 25th to make some magic happen. Music, feasting, auction items of beauty and a community of caring folk can bring the vision of the Mishkodeh Centre for Indigenous Knowledge one step closer to reality. 

You’re participation will bring us all the luck we need. We promise a “Once in a Blue Moon” evening.

Admission is $60 in advance for the dinner and entertainment. Tickets are available by email connect@mishkodeh.org.
